A very spicy curry sauce. Traditionally a vinegary tomato based gravy, with a slight sweet/sour undertone, this curry sauce, though very spicy is delicious and addictive. Excellent with all proteins, but also works well with vegetables such as eggplant, cauliflower, potato. (dairy free, vegetarian base)
